Sway Bowmen go to Agincourt…

Details

On Sunday 9th October 5 Sway Bowmen took part in The Agincourt Arrow tournament held by Merdon Bowmen near Bishops Waltham.

A Long Western round of 4doz arrows at 80yds and 4doz at 60yds. Weather was good with sunshine and very little wind. Laurence de Wattripont shooting a compound bow scored 812 and placed 2nd gent compound, Bryan Golden also shooting compound scored 774 and placed 4th. Steve Humphrey shooting a recurve bow scored 523 and placed 7th Gent Recurve. Adrian Jones shooting a Longbow scored 297 and placed 2nd Gent longbow and Sandie Baigent also shooting Longbow scored 220 and placed 2nd lady longbow. A successful and enjoyable day.
