Adrian accompanied by Sandie, Loo and Mick did a good job of representing the Club at the Lytchett Owl Shoot on Sunday 29th June. The round was a Western Round and the team took the longbow team trophy for the 2nd year running. Also Adrian received trophies for 1st Gent longbow, 1st Longbow knockout, 1st Longbow team and nearest to National record. Well done all. |

Adrian has had a very good start to the year winning the Southern Counties Archery Meeting longbow event on the on 13th May and coming a very respectable 5th place in the prestigious UK Masters event on the 7th June.

Looks like a takover bid by the longbow fraternity. I suppose with the 600th Anniversary of Agincourt coming up they need to get all the practice in that they can! (And the grass does need the airiating!!) |

Junior Shooting commences on Wednesday 9th April 18:30 and Saturday 12th April 09:30.
